职业院校电子类专业人才培养现状与对策--以无锡机电高等职业技术学校为例

The Training Situation and Measures of Professional Talents who Major in Electronics among Vocational School--Taking Wuxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical School as an Example

摘要： 无锡具有得天独厚的战略性地理位置优势，且具有良好的工商业基础，随着城市发展定位，对电子类高技能人才需求日益紧俏，无锡机电高等职业技术学校结合当地产业发展需求开始对应专业，并在发展过程中不断对照社会岗位需求及时修改人才培养计划，兼顾职业人才培养目标并根据国家相关政策及企业需求采用多样化培养手段，理性分析当地市场人才需求现状，并提出切实可行的电子类人才培养方法。文章以无锡机电高等职业技术学校为例，具体分析了其电子类专业人才培养现状，并就此提出相应的对策。

Abstract: Wuxi has an unique advantage of strategic location,and it has a good commercial and industrial base as well. With the urban development orientation,high-skilled workers in electronics are in short supply. In this way, Wuxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical school has begun to improve the specialties to keep pace of the profes?sional development and modify the job personnel training programs according to the needs of social positions in a time?ly manner during the process . It also adopts diverse training methods according to vocational training objectives in ac?cordance with relevant national policies and business needs. The article rationally analyzes the present situation of the local market demand for talents, and proposes practical methods of electronics talents training.
