摘要:

结合近三年的科技项目承担经验,并以“大型油气田及煤层气开发”国家科技重大专项为例,文章总结了企业在实际工作过程中如何全面提升思想管理、制度管理、人员管理、信息管理、研发管理、资金管理和合作管理等科技管理的领导力水平。科技创新驱动企业的持续健康发展,可显著提高企业的核心竞争力、经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Combining with the experience of science and technology projects in nearly three years, and taking the “development of large oil and gas fields and coal bed methane” national science and technology major project as the example, this paper summaries how to improve the leadership for the management of science and technology during the actual work process, including thought, system, personnel, information, research and development, funds and cooperation. Through driving the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise by scientific and technological innovation, the core competitiveness, economic benefit and social benefit can be improved significantly.
