摘要：

自从中国首家科技企业孵化器于20世纪80年代在武汉成立以来,它逐渐发展成为对科技企业和创业者提供包括从构想、研究、开发、生产、销售到企业包装、上市的全过程,以及这一过程所需要的资本、行政事务、物业管理、市场、法律服务等在内的多范围、高层次的服务机构。据此,其从业人员的行为被赋予了社会、组织、团体、他人的各自期待与要求。文章借助社会学角色期望的理论展开对孵化器从业人员职责内容的阐述,明确其职业生涯的现实意义与社会责任。

Abstract:

Since the founding of China’s first technology business incubator in Wuhan in the 1980s, it has evolved into a whole process of providing technology enterprises and entrepreneurs with everything from ideas, research, development, production, marketing to enterprise packaging and listing. As well as in the process, it also requires the capital, administrative affairs, property management, market, legal service, such as a wide range of high-level service agencies. Accordingly, the behavior of its practitioners are endowed with the expectation and requirements of society, organizations, groups and others.Based on the theory of sociological role expectation, this paper expounds the duties and responsibilities of incubator practitioners and clarifies the practical significance and social responsibility of their career.
