摘要： 在国际环境波动变化、国内发展亟待产业提升的情况下,从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动,探索驱动创新生态可持续发展的评价机制具有重要的理论与现实意义。创新的组织单元以价值链、产业链、创新链为联系构成了一个复合的、随时空演化的动态系统。针对其自组织、动态演化特征,文章引入生态评价方法,分析创新生态群落在文化科技融合发展中的属性特征,结合创新生态群落的适应性、多样性、持续性,开发了相应的指标评价模型,探索区域科技文创发展水平的量化分析方法。

Abstract: In the context of international environmental fluctuations and changes, and domestic development urgently needs industrial upgrading, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the evaluation mechanism that drives innovative ecological sustainable development from factor driven and investment driven to innovation driven. The organizational unit of innovation is connected with the value chain, industrial chain and innovation chain to form a complex dynamic system that evolves with time and space. In view of its self-organization and dynamic evolution characteristics, this paper introduces the ecological evaluation method to analyze the attribute characteristics of the innovation ecological community in the development of culture, science and technology integration. Combined with the adaptability, diversity and sustainability of the innovation ecological community, the corresponding index evaluation model is developed to explore the quantitative analysis method of the development level of regional science, technology, culture and innovation.
