摘要：

研发投入（R&D）是衡量一个国家和地区科技创新能力的重要指标之一,也是企业开展创新活动的物质基础和资源保障,有利于企业抢占技术制高点,构建核心竞争力。文章基于江苏省域,总结了企业研发投入的现状,从“投入强度、投入来源、投入方向、企业类别”4个方面分析了企业研发投入存在的问题,从“企业、企业家、企业创新”3个维度分析了产生上述问题的内在原因,并提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract:

R&D investment is one of the important indicators to measure the ability of science and technology innovation in a country and a region. It is also the material basis and resource guarantee for enterprises to carry out innovation activities, which is conducive to enterprises to seize the technical commanding heights and build core competitiveness. Based on the Jiangsu province, this paper summarizes the status quo of firm R&D investment, and analyzes the problems of R&D investment from four aspects: “investment intensity, investment source, investment direction, and enterprise category”, analyzes the internal causes of the above problems from three dimensions “enterprise, entrepreneur, enterprise innovation”, and proposes relevant countermeasures.
