摘要: 文章研究了基于理想边界条件的复合材料平板蒙皮局部压缩屈曲计算方法在复合材料帽形加筋壁板蒙皮局部压缩屈曲计算中的适用性,并采用刚度等效的方法对基于理想边界条件的复合材料平板压缩屈曲计算方法进行了修正。结果表明,基于理想边界条件的复合材料平板压缩屈曲计算方法用于计算复合材料帽形加筋壁板蒙皮局部压缩屈曲中,结果非常保守,采用刚度等效修正后的工程计算方法与试验结果吻合良好,可以用于工程设计和强度分析。

Abstract: The applicability of compostie flat panel compression buckling method under idealized boundary condition in skin local buckling calculation of hat stiffened panels is investigated in this paper. A stiffener stiffness equivalence method is adopted to correct the idealized boundary condition compression buckling method. The results indicate that the idealized boundary condition buckling analysis method is quite coservative in calculating the hat stiffened panels skin local buckling. The stiffness equivalence method is in good agreement with the test results, which can be used in engineering design and strength calculation.
