摘要： 随着学科服务的开展不断深入，学科服务的研究日益增多，学科馆员队伍建设的研究也随之受到了学者们的关注。文章试从学科馆员队伍建设的研究成果出发，明晰其发展脉络，以便国内图书馆更好地开展学科服务。

Abstract: With the development of disciplinary service, the construction of subject librarian team is the hot topic. Based on the existing research results of subject librarian team construction, the article tries to make it clear of the development venation in order to carry out better service for disciplines.
