摘要： 文章全面综述目前我国乡村教师队伍建设的现状及困境，现有的解决对策所发挥的正面作用和局限之处，以及在讨论分析学者们提出的政策建议的基础上提出为了加快和完善乡村教师队伍建设可以采取的新的研究方向。

关键词: 乡村教师队伍建设, 薪资待遇, 医疗保障, 流动机制

Abstract: This paper makes a comprehensive review of present situation and the difficulties in rural teachers' team construction. We also discuss the positive role and limitations of the existing solutions. Then we put forward the new research direction to improve the team construction of rural teachers on the basis of the former scholars' researches.
