摘要: 时代的发展和社会的进步需要人才的支持。作为公益性文化机构,公共图书馆应该将人才队伍建设工作作为重点和核心。通过打造高素质的馆员队伍,为公共图书馆各项事业的开展提供重要的推动力量,从而促进社会的可持续发展。文章探讨了知识经济时代公共图书馆人才队伍建设的意义,并就其中存在的问题提出了切实可行的措施建议,旨在推进公共图书馆的人才队伍建设,为公共图书馆的发展和社会的进步提供强大的人才支撑。

Abstract: With the development of the society, talents are increasingly in need as nonprofit cultural institutions, public libraries should work as the key and core for the construction of talent teams. A high-quality librarian team is the driving force of the development of various undertakings in a public library ,which can promote the sustainable development of the society. The article discusses the significance of public library talent team construction in the knowledge economy era, and puts forward practical and feasible measures according to the existing problems, aiming at pushing forward the construction of the public library personnel for the development of public library and the progress of the society with strong talents support.
