摘要： 学科馆员制度在我国高校图书馆兴起已有十几年，虽取得了一定的发展，但仍需完善。文章阐述了开展学科馆员制度的必要性，并就目前国内高校图书馆学科馆员制度的发展现状，分析其存在的问题，以期促进我国学科馆员制度的快速发展及创新。

Abstract: The subject librarian system has been established in university library in China for more than ten years with some progress,but improvement is still needed. To provide help for the rapid development and innovation of the subject librarian system in China,this paper introduces the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the subject librarian system in the university library.
