少数民族大学生个案心理咨询与学校心理健康教育的研究

摘要: 文章通过对昆明学院心理健康教育与咨询中心接受心理辅导的少数民族大学生进行心理咨询,发现学生心理问题形成的成因复杂,心理问题的产生与中学时不当的学校教育方式、同辈群体的文化、学生个性特征都有一定的关系。在心理辅导中发现:积极参加大学社团活动、专业学习和研究、积极参与社会实践、有良好的人际关系能显著改善学生的心理健康状况。提出了大学对少数民族大学生进行学习心理、人际关系、职业生涯设计进行心理辅导的措施和方法。

Abstract: The paper analyzes students’ mental health problems based on the case study of national minority college students’ psychological consulting in mental health education and consultation center of Kunming University. The paper points out that mental health problems result from improper educational modes in middle schools, unfit peer group culture and their own defective characteristics. We find out students mental health conditions can be improved through taking part in campus organizations, focusing on academic study and researches, participating in social practice and building up good relationship with others. Therefore, the paper puts forward some measures and approaches for national minority college students' psychological guidance through social communicative abilities training and career planning and so on.
