自媒体时代大学生心理健康教育的形势与对策

摘要: 文章提出近年来随着科技的不断发展,以微博、微信为代表的自媒体,已成为大学生娱乐和社交的主流平台。自媒体一方面对大学生的自我意识成长、压力排解产生了积极的影响,一方面又容易引起手机依赖和网络成瘾等问题。高校应结合自媒体时代大学生心理健康教育的新形势,借助自媒体因势利导,构建大学生心理健康教育的自媒体平台,拓展心理健康教育渠道,形成对大学生核心价值观的引导,提高心理健康教育的主动性和实效性。

Abstract: The article puts forward with the development of science and technology in recent years ,the We-Media represented by We-Chat has become main entertainment and social platform in the college. We-Media has had a positive effect on the college students’ self-awareness and coping,nevertheless it can cause mobile phone dependency and internet addiction. Colleges and universities should be convinced of new situation of mental health education of college students in the age of the We-Media, through building We-Media platform and expanding the channels of mental health education to improve the activity and effectiveness of mental health education.
