昆明市中学心理健康教育现状调查与分析

摘要: 为了解昆明市中学心理健康教育现状,进一步了解中学心理健康教育已取得的成绩及存在的问题,并通过分析其原因提出相应的对策.文章采用问卷调查法调查了昆明市三所中学的200名学生.结果显示昆明市中学心理健康教育课程普及程度较低,开展程度较浅,课程形式较单一,课程效果比较有限.学生和教师对于心理健康教育的概念认识仍存在不足.结论:昆明市中学心理健康教育需要从专业教师、课程设计、心理健康教育技能、心理健康教育观念普及等方面得到更好的发展.

Abstract: In order to know mental health education in Kunming middle school, to get further to know the achievements and problems that the middle school had,to analysis the cause and bring forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods:This paper investigated 200 students of three middle schools in Kunming by questionnaire. The result shows that the popularize degree of mental health course is comparatively low,the open-minded degree is more shallow,the course form is more unitary,and the course effect is comparatively limited in the middle school. The student and the teacher know the concept of mental healthy are still insufficient. The mental health education of Kun ming middle school should to get much better development from the special field teacher,curriculum design, technical ability of mental health education,mental health concept.
