摘要: 为了解云南省幼儿教师的心理健康现状,系统探讨人口学特征对教师心理健康水平的影响。文章随机抽取云南省昆明市、文山州、西双版纳州的199名幼儿老师作为调查对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查。结果发现:云南省幼儿教师的心理健康水平低于全国常模,突出心理问题是强迫症状和人际关系敏感,职称和任教科目对云南省幼儿教师的心理健康水平有显著影响。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the mental health level of preschool teachers in Yunnan province and try to explore systematically how it is affected by demographic characteristics. The SCL-90 was used to evaluate the mental health of 199 preschool teachers selected from Kunming, Wenshan, Xishuangbanna. Results show that the mental health level of preschool teachers in Yunnan province are significantly lower than the norm. The major mental symptoms are obsessive-compulsive symptom and interpersonal sensitivity. The title and teaching subjects have a significant impact on the mental health of preschool teachers in Yunnan province.
