摘要: 中职学习时期是职校生身心发展的关键时期,心理健康教育对于培养中职生良好的人格,提高学生心理素质起着重要作用。体验式教学是笔者在心理健康教学实践中针对中职生心理特点采用的教学方式之一,文章主要阐述了体验式教学在中职心理健康课程中的实践。

Abstract: Secondary vocational learning period is the critical period of the vocational school students physical and mental development. The mental health education plays an important role in cultivating the vocational school students’ good personality and improving the students’ psychological quality. Experiential teaching is one of teaching practices of psychological health based on vocational students' psychological characteristics.
