基于思维导图的房地产估价实务课堂教学探索

摘要: 房地产估价工作涉猎广、专业性强、规范性强,若要在课堂上通过《房地产估价实务》这门课程的教学,使学生具备完成一项常规估价业务的能力,则需要教师“有效地教”和学生“有效地学”相结合。为此,文章经过探索,将思维导图引入课堂教学,在教的过程中运用思维导图,同时指导学生在学的过程也运用思维导图,达到了提高课堂教学效率、学生在学习后能完成常规估价业务的目的。

Abstract: The industry of real estate valuation range so widely that the practitioners need much professional knowledge and strong regulation. If the teacher wants to make the students achieve the competence of completing a conventional business valuation independently,they should combine“effective teaching”with“effective learning”while teaching the course of “real estate appraisal practice”. In this essay,the author introduced the “mind mapping” into classroom teaching and studied the practical use of “mind mapping”in the teaching process,and moreover,it studied how to guide students to use it in the learning process in order that the teacher can improve teaching efficiency and students can complete the routine business valuation after learning the course.
