摘要：

建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling,BIM）技术在镇江建科综合楼工程建设管理中得到了充分应用与研究。文章主要应用Revit三维建模软件构建建筑模型,应用Navisworks软件进行冲突分析,并进行BIM-4D虚拟施工模拟,预制混凝土构件吊装施工工艺模拟分析,装饰工程的BIM模拟分析,从而保证施工质量和工程进度,达到良好的BIM应用效果,可为类似工程提供有益的借鉴作用。

关键词: 建筑信息模型, 冲突, 虚拟施工, 工艺模拟

Abstract:

Building Information Modeling （BIM） technology has been fully applied and studied in the construction management of Zhenjiang jianke complex building. It mainly uses Revit three-dimensional modeling software to construct the building model, Navisworks software to carry out conflict analysis, BIM-4D virtual construction simulation, simulation analysis of prefabricated concrete component hoisting construction technology, BIM simulation analysis of decoration project to ensure implementation. The good BIM application effect can be achieved by engineering quality and progress, which can provide the useful reference for similar projects.
