Exploration on Construction of Colleges' Practice Bases Based on Goal Conflicts among Multiple Subjects

摘要： 高校实习基地建设一般会涉及高校、企业与学生三方主体，不同主体的目标冲突成为实习基地建设的严重障碍。文章基于跨组织目标管理理论，以安徽科技学院的实习基地建设实践为论据，提出了高校实习基地建设的一般原则和具体措施，具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Construction of colleges’ practice bases usually involves three subjects including colleges firms and students, and the goal conflicts among these three subjects hold up the construction process. Based on the theory of goal management, this paper proposes some principles and measures with the practice of AHSTU.
