摘要：

建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling,BIM）技术在国内外的工程设计与工程管理中被广泛应用。文章研究了BIM技术的应用现状及应用价值。研究结果表明,国内外BIM技术的应用越来越与工程管理紧密融合,通过BIM技术在工程建设各个阶段的应用,可以产生的主要应用价值包括：提高设计质量、增加决策与协调效率、实现工程管理对进度、质量、安全、造价等目标控制,从而获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Building Information Modeling （BIM） technology is widely used in engineering design and engineering management at home and abroad. This paper mainly studies the application status and application value of BIM technology. The research results show that the application of BIM technology at home and abroad is more and more closely integrated with engineering management. Through the application of BIM technology in various stages of Engineering construction, the main application value can be produced, including: improving design quality, increasing decision-making and coordination efficiency, achieving the goal control of project management progress, quality, safety and cost, so as to obtain good economic benefits and society benefits.
