摘要：

文章以苏州慈济园区工程项目实践为背景,研究了保温节能型水洗石饰面外墙施工的工艺原理、工艺流程和操作要点。基于“五压三洗法”绿色施工技术,有效保证墙体保温、抗裂、防水、受力性能可靠等优点,防止产生质量通病,产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Based on the project practice of Tzu Chi Park in Suzhou, this paper studies the technological principle, technological process and the operating points of the construction of thermal insulation and energy-saving water-washed stone facing exterior wall. Based on the green construction technology of “five pressures and three washes”, the advantages of wall insulation, crack resistance, waterproofing and reliable mechanical performance are effectively guaranteed, and the common quality defects are prevented to produce the good economic and social benefits.
