摘要:

文章根据便利抽样原则,依据自行设计的关于高校图书馆个性化服务内容、平台、形式的满意度调查,借助问卷星网络平台收取122份大学生有效问卷,据此分析了不同背景下学生对个性化推送服务的偏好差异和个性化推送服务各影响指标的重要程度,以期在了解大学生对高校图书馆个性化服务需求的基础上,为高校图书馆更合理地创设这项服务提供借鉴。

Abstract:

According to the principle of convenient sampling, according to the self-designed factors affecting the satisfaction of the survey service content, platform and form of university library, 122 questionnaires are collected by the questionnaire network platform. Based on this, this paper analyzes the students’ preference for personalized push service and the importance of each index of personalized push service under different backgrounds. On the basis of understanding the college students’ demand for individualized service of university library, it can provide reference for the university library to create this service more reasonably.
