Abstract:

With the rapid development of computer information technology and the widespread use of Internet applications, the database management technology and information transmission technology have emerged one after another, which has led to the information transformation of the archives industry. The archival work is an integral part of government governance and public service, and so the digital archives should be established and improved as soon as possible. Using the data resources to explore knowledge, improve efficiency, and promote innovation is beneficial to individuals, groups, and even the state. Based on the introduction of the development status of digital archives and the careful review of the past, this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the construction of digital archives, and adheres to the principle of “push the old and bring forth the new” for the construction of digital archives, and points out some development ideas from the successful experience and methods. In the “Internet +” era, the competition of various industries is fierce, and the archives industry is no exception. Only by continuous improvement can we make lasting progress.
