摘要: 自动拆码垛装置存在着关节笨重,惯性大等问题,影响着拆码垛作业的效率,为解决这一问题,文章研发一种用于栈板小车和周转箱的自动拆码垛装置。通过设计装置机械结构,通过可控机构抓取周转箱。规划装置拖拉栈板小车空间路径,避免装置脱离轨迹发生碰撞。配置PLC自动控制拆码周转箱运动,满足自动拆码垛装置的拆码与码垛动作需求。文章装置能够快速完成操作,周转箱摆放整齐,能够及时输送与补给,提高了运行的稳定性,说明文章方法具有可靠性。

Abstract: Automatic palletizing device has problems such as bulky joints and large inertia, affecting the efficiency of palletizing operation. In order to solve this problem, this paper develops an automatic palletizing device for stack trolley and turnover box.By designing the mechanical structure of the device, and the turnover box is captured through the controlled mechanism.Plan the device dragging the stack trolley space path to avoid collision from the track.PLC is configured to automatically control the movement of decoding turnover box to meet the disassembly and stacking needs of automatic stacking device.The present device can quickly complete the operation, and the turnover box is neatly placed, which can be timely delivery and supply, improve the stability of the operation, and shows that the present method is reliable.
