摘要： 理论是社会实践的重要基础，对社会实践有着非常重要的指导作用。图书馆读者服务工作的开展也应该遵循图书馆学理论的基本规律，从图书馆学理论中汲取营养，提高读者对图书馆服务工作的满意度。文章先分析图书馆学理论的基本内涵，接着研究其对读者服务工作的指导，希望能起到一定的启发意义。

Abstract: The theory is the important foundation of social practice ,has a very important guiding role on social practice. So,the reader service work of library should follow the basic law of library science theory,draw nutrition from library science theory,and improve the reader service work of library’s satisfaction. This paper first analyses the basic connotation of library science theory ,then study the guidelines for the reader service work ,hope to have certain inspiration significance.
