摘要: 现阶段,我国社会加速朝着信息化方向发展,不仅推动了各大领域的发展,同时也加快了医院图书馆资源的更新速度。应用现代信息系统为医院工作者提供更为优质的图书馆服务,在很大程度上强化了医院的竞争实力。特别是在当前信息化时代背景下,医院图书馆管理模式应迎合时代发展趋势,由原本的粗放化逐步朝向精细化的管理模式进行变革,这不仅是医院图书馆资源整合的根本要求,更是推动医院图书馆未来发展的必然之路。文章首先对精细化管理及其特征进行简单概述,分析信息化时代医院图书馆精细化管理与服务的意义,最后从多个角度探讨信息化时代医院图书馆精细化管理与服务质量提升策略。

Abstract: Our society is accelerating towards the direction of informatization nowadays, which not only promotes the development of various fields, but also speeds up the renewal of hospital library resources. The application of modern information system to provide hospital workers with better library services has strengthened the competitive strength of the hospital to a great extent. Especially under the background of the current information age, the management mode of the hospital library should meet the development trend of the times, and gradually change from the original extensive management mode to the refined management mode. This is not only the fundamental requirement of the resource integration of the hospital library, but also the inevitable way to promote the future development of the hospital library. Firstly, the article briefly summarizes the fine management and its characteristics, analyzes the significance of the fine management and service of hospital library in the information age, and finally discusses the fine management and service quality improvement strategies of hospital library in the information age from multiple perspectives.
