中医院校中医医养结合人才培养的思考

摘要：

当前,中医药健康养老服务的发展是解决我国老龄化、高龄化的有效途径之一,但中医药健康养老服务人才紧缺和整体素质不高是阻碍健康养老发展的重要因素之一。文章在界定中医医养结合概念的基础上,分析了中医院校中医医养结合人才培养的必要性与可行性,并从专业设置、课堂教学、实践教学、师资队伍建设等几个方面提出中医院校中医医养结合人才培养的对策。

Abstract:

At present, the development of TCM health care service is one of the effective ways to solve the aging and senility in China, but the shortage of talents and the low overall quality of TCM health care service are one of the important factors hindering the development of health care. On the basis of defining the concept of the combination of TCM and nursing, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the talents cultivation of the combination of TCM and nursing, and puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of specialty setting, classroom teaching, practice teaching and faculty building.
