以“名师工作室”助推中职教学团队建设的研究

摘要： 加强教学团队建设是促进教师个体与教学团队良性协同发展的必然之路。而高水平的团队带头人决定了教学团队的核心竞争力。分析学校教学团队的现状，以“名师工作室”为平台，打造“核心互补式”优秀教学团队，培养具有核心竞争力的专业带头人，助推专业教学团队建设。文章对此研究进行了阐述。

Abstract: Teaching team is the key to promote the synergetic development of teachers' personal growth and teaching team building. And the leader of the high-level teaching team determines the core competition of the team. By analyzing the current situation of the teaching team, based on the platform of the workshop, the paper aims at cultivating the professional leader with core competition, cooperating with each other, improving teachers' specialty literacy and capacity, in order to make the Teachers Workshop become the incubator of teachers' growth.
