Abstract: The Internet and computer information technology has brought a new change to all aspects of people's lives. Library resource is one of the important information resources in promoting the continuous development of network technology, and library resources informatization has become an inevitable trend of development. In order to improve the level of personalized information service in libraries of colleges and universities, the article dialectically analyzes the current university library information service level and puts forward some effective methods to build a personalized library information service, in order to provide reference for peer staff.
