摘要： 刑事诉讼法的教学内容具有很强的实践性，传统的填鸭式教学方法必须进行改革。在刑事诉讼法教学中实行案例教学法、模拟法庭教学法、模拟情景教学法，在激发学生自主学习热情的同时，可以培养学生的法律操作能力和应用能力。在推进刑事诉讼法教学方法改革的过程中，也需要在其他方面开展相关工作。文章对刑事诉讼法教学方法的改革进行了探讨。

Abstract: The content of criminal procedural law is very practical so the traditional cramming method of teaching must be reformed. In the teaching of criminal procedural law, we must implement case teaching method, moot court teaching method and simulated situational teaching method, which can stimulate students to study enthusiastically, and develop students’ ability of legal operation and application. In the process of promoting the reform of criminal procedural law teaching method, other related work need to be carried out. This paper discusses the reform of the teaching method of criminal procedure law.
