摘要: 知识经济时代,图书馆开展知识管理和知识服务成为趋势,实施知识管理有利于图书馆提升服务质量和开展服务创新。高校图书馆应强化显性和隐性知识管理,并开展用户个性化知识服务,推动图书馆事业发展。文章就高校图书馆知识管理策略进行了具体的分析。

Abstract: In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management and knowledge service in the library become a trend. The implementation of knowledge management is helpful to improve the service quality and to promote the service innovation of libraries. University libraries should strengthen the dominant and recessive knowledge managements, and offer users with personalized knowledge services. This article concretely analyzes university libraries' knowledge management strategy.
