儿童康复心理学人才培养的现状及对策分析

摘要： 随着市场对心理服务需求的增加，我国儿童康复心理学人才的需求量正在逐渐增大，儿童康复心理学人才将逐渐成为我国紧缺的高级人才。现有的心理康复人才培养体制存在着专职教师能力有限、教学资源严重缺乏、人才培养目标过低等问题。文章建议通过准确定位人才应用能力，构建合理课程体系，扩展实习及实训资源，提升师资团队水平等方法促进我国儿童康复心理学人才的发展。

Abstract: With the increase of market demand for psychological services ,psychology talent demand in children's rehabilitation fields is gradually increasing in our country ,children rehabilitation psychology talents will gradually become a shortage of senior talents in our country. Currently psychological rehabilitation training system exists serious problems,eg. full-time teachers’ ability is limited,lack of teaching resources,personnel training goal too low. Suggested by positioning talents’ application ability accurately,constructing reasonable curriculum system, expanding resources of training and practice,enhancing the level of teaching staff and other methods to promote children’s rehabilitation psychology talents development in our country.
