Exploration on Education System of College Students ' Innovation Ability

摘要： 构建大学生创新能力的培养是一项系统工程,在高校协同创新的背景下,着力大学生科技创新能力的培养瓶颈,文章以"协同育人"为主体,构建以文化、知识、组织三者协同的体系,以项目为导向,形成"三维一体"的大学生科技创新能力培养体系,重点分析具体大学生创新能力的实践策略,从理论与实践两个层面进行全方位的探索和实践.

Abstract: Education of college students' innovation ability is a system engineering,setting the synergetic innovation as the background,starting with the problem of science and technology innovation education and taking cultivation as main body,it builds the "three-dimensional integrated"training system of college students' creativity combined with cultural synergy,knowledge synergy and organization synergy. Taking projects as the orientation,corporate education analyses practical strategies of students ' synergetic innovation ability and makes exploration and practice in education system of college students' innovation ability from theory and practice.
