摘要： 随着我国空管的快速发展，越来越多的企业参与到空管国际工程中。文章以某空管国际工程为背景，阐述空管国际工程的风险管理过程，对空管国际工程在生命周期内可能遇到的风险进行识别、分析、评估，采取风险应对措施，从而降低项目成本，保证项目利润。

关键词: 风险识别, 风险评估, 风险控制

Abstract: With the rapid development of ATC,more and more enterprises have participated in ATC international projects. This paper illustrates the whole process of risk management combining with an ATC international project example,identifies,analyzes,assesses possible risk during the life time in order to take measurement to reduce cost and ensure profile.
