摘要： 睢宁是江苏省养羊大县，睢宁肉羊产业已成为当地农业增效、农民增收的重要产业。加强科技创新是推进睢宁肉羊产业可持续发展的关键因素。文章阐述了睢宁县肉羊产业的发展规模和科技创新状况，分析了存在的问题，提出了加强品种繁育、引进推广先进技术、培育创新型企业、建设科技服务平台等集聚创新资源的工作思路，并从组织、政策、资金、产学研等方面提出四项保障措施。

Abstract: Suining County is famous for its sheep-raising industry ,which has become a pillar industry in boosting the localagricultural efficiency and peasants' income. Since technological innovation plays a critical role in its sustainable development,the article expounds the development scale and technological innovation of the industry, analyzes some existing problems,and brings forward a working scheme featuring breed of variety,promotion of advanced technology, cultivation of innovative enterprisesand establishment of service platform.It also pinpoints four supporting measures from the aspects of organization,policy,fund,and industry-university-research cooperation.
