摘要: 工程项目的风险评估中,风险指标的重要度权重计算是核心部分,其计算结果对风险控制计划和措施的制定具有指导作用。文章基于粗糙集理论的条件信息熵属性重要度分析方法,采用粗糙集理论计算所得的风险指标重要度客观权重,以及专家评定的主观权重结合起来确定风险指标的综合重要度权重,实现主观经验与客观历史数据的统一,得到更为全面、合理的风险指标重要度权重值,从而制定出更为合理的风险控制措施和计划,为后续工程风险评估提供参考。

Abstract: Risk indicators’ importance weight calculation is the core part in the engineering projects risk assessment, which is of important guiding significance for the formulation of risk management plans and measures. Based on rough sets theory information entropy analysis methods, applying the objective weight of risk indicator counted based on the rough sets theory, combining the subjective weight from experts' evaluation, this article tries to realize the unity of the subjective experience and objective historical data and get the more comprehensive and reasonable index weights, so as to work out a more reasonable risk control measures and plans and provide a reference for subsequent projects risk assessment.
