高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务存在问题及对策探讨

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 嵌入式服务理念以其“身临其境”的优势被引入到图书馆学科服务领域，形成嵌入式学科信息服务，为高校图书馆学科服务注入新的活力。嵌入式信息服务作为学科服务的新方向，应该成为高校图书馆服务的重点，这既是知识信息时代对图书馆信息服务发展与完善的必然要求，也是图书馆学科服务理论创新与实践创新的内在需要。信息专员是嵌入式学科服务开展的核心，他们以特定的物理空间作为阵地，以不同的方式嵌入到用户的工作流程中，为用户提供个性化和深层次的信息服务。文章具体分析了高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: Embedded services concept with its “immersive” advantage was introduced to the field of library science and formed embedded subject information service ,injected new vitality to the university library subject service.The combine of embedded service and discipline service is the inevitable requirement of development and improvement on library information service in the era of knowledge and information ,but also the internal need of theoretical and practical innovation of library science.Embedded information services as a new direction for library services should be the focus of library services,including the information commissioner is the core of the embedded information services.The information commissioners provide personalized and deep-seated information service to users ,make special space to be positions,and embedded in a different way to the user’s workflow.The paper analyzes the problems on embedded services of school libarary ,and puts forward some related countermeasures.
