高校图书馆学科服务实践问题分析

摘要: 学科服务作为高校图书馆创新服务热点,在长期的实践中得到了很好的发展,但目前仍存在一些比较突出的问题,比如学科服务止于概念,人力投入不足,用户的配合和认可程度不高,服务深度不够等。文章结合工作实际情况对这些问题进行分析,并从用户、学科馆员、技术平台几个角度出发,提出深化学科服务的举措。

Abstract: As an innovative hot spot,subject service of university library has experienced very good development for the long-term practice,but there are still some more prominent issues,such as subjcet service is not beyond the concept of discipline,lack of manpower,ooperation and recognized the user level is not high,lack of enough depth of service and so on.The paper analyzes these issues combined work situation ,and puts forward measures for deepening the subject service initiatives,from the user,librarian,technology platform several perspectives.
