摘要： 文章通过分析大数据时代图书馆行业发展趋势，结合石河子大学图书馆发展状况和问题，制定了石河子大学图书馆服务创新规划。并提出了一些具体建议：以现代信息技术为依托，以现代管理制度为基础，以新型服务方式为重点提升图书馆服务质量；以大学学科化综合服务为重点，以多元化、个性化服务为切入点，以特色数据库的数字化推介利用为亮点实现体制与平台的创新。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the development trend of library industry in the era of big data, combined with the status and problems of development of the library of Shihezi University, this paper develops the service innovation plan of the library of Shihezi University. Then this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions that promote implementation system and platform by diversified service, personalized service, and the use of characteristic database for digital.
