终身教育理论视野下教师培训现状的分析与对策

摘要: 村级小学教师整体素质直接影响着农村教育质量以及城乡义务教育均衡目标的能否实现。文章尝试从终身教育理论的视野对村小教师培训工作中的培训条件、培训管理、培训措施和建议要求等方面的内容进行统计分析,特别是对村小教师培训的制度保障、经费落实、内容选择、形式采用、评价体系建立等方面进行思考、分析并提出相关的应对策略。

Abstract: The average level of the teachers’quality who are from rural primary schools is the key to the improvement of rural education level and to the implementation of the goal of the balance between urban and rural compulsory educa?tion. This thesis aims to analyze the related conditions, management, measures and advice in the training to the teach?ers of rural primary schools in the view of lifelong education, especially, aims to rethink, analyze and offer related strate?gies to the system guarantee, funds implement, content selection, form adoption, evaluation system creation, etc.
