摘要： 成人高等学历教育在快速发展的同时，也暴露出毕业生学业水平低下、就业情况没有改善等问题。成人高等学历教育办学单位只有紧密结合市场需求制定人才培养目标，加强教学过程管理，实施多主体的教学评价制度，聘选优质教师队伍，才能进一步提升成人高等学历教育的质量，彰显成人高等学历教育的社会影响力。文章对此进行了探讨。

Abstract: Adult higher education is in the rapid development but at the same time there are also some problems existing such as the low academic level of graduates, the severe employment situation. Adult higher education school units need strengthen the management of teaching process, implement multi-subject teaching evaluation system, recruit and select high-quality teachers according to market requirements, in order to further enhance the quality of adult higher education, highlighting the social influence of adult higher education.
