摘要： 近年来，随着科学技术的日新月异和经济社会的快速发展，世界各国尤其是发达国家越来越关注民生问题，纷纷把民生科技作为本国科技发展战略的重点。文章阐述了民生科技的内涵和特征，梳理总结了发达国家发展民生科技的先进经验与做法，在此基础上提出了促进我国民生科技发展的对策建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the rapid progress in science and technology and economic society, countries all over the world especially in the developed countries pay more and more attention to people's livelihood problem.They have the people's livelihood as a key national science and technology development strategy of science and technology. The article expounds the connotation and characteristics of science and technology for people's livelihood, the paper summarizes the advanced experience and practice in developed countries in the development of science and technology for people's livelihood, on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of science and technology for people's livelihood in china.
