摘要:

文章主要介绍了中材科技膜材料公司设计的两套玻璃纤维空气过滤纸的流送系统的设计方案,其中一个是21世纪初的利用液位和压差的方法控制浓度和流量的单分散系统的流送系统,另外一个是近年来利用压力传感器、电磁流量计、V型流量阀进行流量和用料比例调节的双分散系统的流送系统,并分析了其中运行的注意要点以及各自的特点。

Abstract:

This paper mainly introduces the design scheme of the flow delivery system of two sets of glass fiber air filter paper designed by Sinium Technology Membrane Material Company. One of them is the flow delivery system which controls the concentration and flow rate by the method of liquid level and differential pressure at the beginning of 21st century. The other is a flow delivery system of a double-dispersion system that uses a pressure sensor, an electromagnetic flowmeter, and a V-type flow valve to adjust the flow rate and the ratio of the materials in recent years, and analyzes the attention points and their respective characteristics of the operation.
