摘要：

民办高校的科研水平是其综合实力的重要表现之一,而科研活动的顺利开展离不开科研管理,科研管理水平影响着民办高校的科学研究水平和综合发展方向。文章分析了民办高校科研管理中存在的问题,指出若要提高民办高校的科研管理水平,促进民办高校科研管理的持续健康发展,就要坚持与时俱进,完善科研管理制度,提高科研管理人员的综合素质,注重高水平科研队伍建设,加强科研管理信息化建设,不断创新,增强高校科研实力。

Abstract:

The scientific research level in private colleges is one of the important manifestations of their overall strength, and the smooth development of scientific research activities can not be separated from the management of scientific research. The level of scientific research management affects the level of scientific research and the comprehensive development direction of private colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research management of private colleges, and points out that if private colleges want to improve the level of scientific research management and promote the sustainable and healthy development of scientific research management, it should keep abreast with the time, improve the scientific research management system, improve the comprehensive quality of scientific research managers, pay attention to the construction of high-level scientific research team, and strengthen the information construction of scientific research management, through which to innovate constantly, and to strengthen the scientific research strength of private colleges.
