摘要：

“互联网+”技术的发展,引发了一波“共享”潮流,“共享单车”就是这一潮流中的典型代表,其在被广泛使用的过程中,也随之产生了一系列的问题。文章分析了其中涉及的押金问题、随意损坏等问题,并针对性地提出了规制建议,以期为共享单车健康发展探索途径。

关键词: 共享单车, 押金, 问题, 完善途径

Abstract:

The development of “Internet +” technology has triggered a trend of sharing economy, and the “Shared Cycling” is a typical representative in it. In the process of being widely used, it has also brought about a series of problems. From the point of view, the paper analyzes the problems involved, such as the deposit issues and the damage issues, and it puts forward some recommendations so as to explore the ways for the healthy development of shared cycling.
