摘要： 为科学评价设备综合性能，文章以产品质量作为评价基准，结合设备效能及生产消耗等维度建立综合性能评价模型，运用指数化方法创新构建设备综合性能评价指标———设备功能能力指数，结合企业信息化生产系统采集数据，对设备综合状态进行评估。通过综合评价，系统了解设备运行状态，从而预防及提前消除即将发生的故障，减少停机时间、提高设备利用率，规避经济损失。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the equipment, the comprehensive performance evaluation model was established by combining the product quality, the equipment efficiency and production consumption. Using the index method to innovate and construct the comprehensive performance evaluation index of equipment: mechanical capability index, and the data collected from the enterprise information system, the comprehensive state of equipment was evaluated. Through the evaluation, the operation status of equipment was evaluated, so as to prevent and eliminate the potential failure, reduce the shutdown time, improve the utilization rate of equipment, and avoid economic losses.
