摘要： 文章指出，科技时代多媒体网络技术对辅助外语教学有着特有的优势，多媒体的应用极大丰富了外语教学的手段，把传统的教师外语教学与多媒体技术有机结合，争取教学效果的最佳化，是外语教师在教学中必须掌握的技能。

Abstract: TThe paper points out that multimedia network technology has advantages on assisting foreign language teaching in the era of science and technology. The application of multimedia greatly enriched the means of foreign language teaching. Therefore, foreign language teachers could combine the traditional foreign language teaching method with multimedia technology for the optimization of teaching effect.
