口腔根管治疗实践教学质量提升措施研究

Study on the Promotion Measures of Practice Teaching Quality of Oral Root Canal Therapy

摘要: 文章选取2008年6月-2012年6月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院口腔科实习的口腔本科班学生53名,通过分组比较的方法对2组学员采用不同教学模式下学生对于掌握髓腔和根管的解剖形态及掌握根管预备与充填进行比较,并对教师与学生进行教学的满意度评估.结果显示:(1)2组学员中实施传统教学的学生对于髓腔与根管解剖形态的认识以及根管预备和充填的掌握显著地低于手术显微镜结合多媒体教学组学员的得分水平(P<0.05);(2)总满意率组间比较,采用手术显微镜结合多媒体教学的老师和学生教学满意率显著地高于传统教学组的学生和老师(P<0.05).这说明采用多媒体教学系统可以有效地提高根管治疗实践的教学质量,同时对改善实习教学满意度也具有重要的意义.

Abstract: The paper selected 53 students of the oral undergraduate class who are internships in the Department of Stomatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2008 to June 2012 ,by grouping comparison method of two groups of trainees by under different modes of teaching students for master pulp cavity and root canal anatomy and grasp the root canal preparation and filling for comparison and to teachers and students for teaching satisfaction assessment. The results showed:(1)The total satisfaction rate was the teaching satisfaction rate of the teachers and students in the teaching of the combination of the operating microscope and the teaching of the students were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05). (2)The students and teachers of the traditional teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group (P<0.05).The conclusion was that using multimedia teaching system can effectively improve the teaching quality of root canal treatment,and also have important significance to improve the degree of satisfaction.
