翅片管布置方式对管翅式散热器换热性能的影响

摘要: 文章运用CFD软件对市场上主流的采暖用管翅式散热器建立了数学、物理模型,并进行了数值分析,对计算结果进行了验证,其误差在允许范围内;然后,对不同翅片管布置方式下的管翅式散热器的散热性能进行了数值分析,结果表明采用S型和交叉型的布置方式能够在一定程度上提高散热器的散热能力,对管翅式散热器的设计及优化有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract: The paper uses CFD software to construct the physical and mathematical models on the fins-tube radiator used widely in the market . After comparing the experimental results, the error of numerical modeling is acceptable. Comparing the heat dissipation performance of different fin-tube arrangement radiator through analyzing the temperature field and velocity field. Results show that the “S”and cross layout style can improve the performance of heat dissipation. And these results have the certain theoretical guiding significance for the design and optimization of fin-tube radiators.
