高校图书馆面向社会开放问题研究

摘要： 近年来,无论是社会舆论还是高校图书馆规程都在强调高校图书馆对社会开放的重要性与必要性,国内部分高校图书馆也开始尝试对社会开放.然而通过对江苏省19所高校图书馆的调研发现存在向社会开放的高校图书馆数量有限,开放程度不深,效果不佳等现象.而高校图书馆如果要向社会开放就不得不面对图书馆规模和管理人员数量有限,校园安全难以保障以及知识产权问题难以解决的问题.文章在文献研读及对江苏省内部分高校馆调研的基础上,对高校图书馆向社会开放的内涵进行定义,并且从馆员素质培训、利用图书馆联盟平台以及拓展信息服务范围这三个方面进行探索,以期对高校图书馆向社会开放提出一些对策和建议.

Abstract: In recent years,whether public opinion or university library regulations are emphasing the importance and necessity of university library opening to the society, part of domestic university library start trying to open to the society. However,the number of university libraries which open to the society is limited, the opening degree is shallow, the effect is poor and so on,through the investigation of 19 university libraries in Jiangsu province. While, the university library which opens to the society has to face several problems: the limited library size and limited number of management personnel;hard to protect the campus security;difficult to solve intellectual problems. The paper describes the connotation of university library opening to the society, based on the literature study and the investigation on part of universities ,explores from three aspects: the training of librarian quality;using the library consortium platform;expanding the scope of information services, hoping to offer some countermeasures and recommendations on opening to the society.
