摘要： 开展廉政风险防控工作是中央对新形势下反腐倡廉提出的新要求,是贯彻落实中央《建立健全2013-2017惩治和预防腐败体系》的一项重要内容,也是我们党适应形势发展和时代要求作出的重大战略决策.文章在与中国社科院等其他单位充分调研的基础上,探讨如何构建科研单位重点领域和关键环节的廉政风险防控体系.

Abstract: The integrity risk prevention and control work is a new requirement for the central government to adapt the new situation. It is one of the important contents of implementing the central"establish and improve the system of punishing and preventing corruptionof 2013-2017". Based on the full investigation of other units, such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,this paper discusses how to construct an integrity risk control system for the key areas of scientific research units.
